Audrey Layne is 12 Months Old!!!

I honestly can't believe it but my sweet baby girl is A WHOLE YEAR OLD TODAY!!!! 

I might have shed a few tears this morning (what's new), but overall I am so very excited and proud of this BIG GIRL!!

Here's what Audrey is up to at 12 months:

-still as petite as can be, wearing size 3 diapers and 12 month clothes
-weighs 19lb, 14oz

-has 2 teeth

-eats 3 bottles a day of whole milk, 1 juice cup, 3 meals and snacks (although the bottles will be stopping very soon)
-hates having her diaper changed (and putting clothes on) and will fight you tooth and nail to do it, including about 4 roll overs in the process. 
-has mastered the sippy cup

-has constantly brown knees from all the crawling she does

-is cruising along on the furniture and toys but will not take that first step by herself

-is pulling up by holding onto one of our fingers and walking towards us (sortof drunkenly I might add)

-still sleeping through the night, about 9 hours, and taking 2 naps a day for about an hour each

-LOVES all things music
-loves the remote control, not the one that has no batteries in it, only the one that actually changes the channel :)

-likes to bang on the television screen

-points at everything

-says Dada, Mama, Dog and Again (more like Agga!) 

-is talking in non-repetitive syllables and looking at me like she is telling a wonderfully interesting story
-screams at the top of her lungs all the time

-loves riding horsey on your lap

-gives the BESTEST sugar, even if it sometimes involves drool and tongue

Audrey, I know I have said it before and will say it again, but you are the absolute light of our lives!!  You have made our lives so much more fulfilled ever since you came into this world exactly one year ago today.  You are the smartest and brightest baby girl we could have ever asked for, and you are loved by so many people!!
